Ponderables

Potent Ponderables

I often jest that I have a list of questions that I would like to ask God when I get to heaven.  The fact is we all have questions, and another fact is, some we may never find the answers to.  But I hope that one day God will reveal to us ‘the rest of the story.’  So here’s a list of some of my questions that I have for God:

Did Adam and Eve have belly buttons?

When Jesus prayed, was He really just talking to Himself (i.e. how does this whole ‘trinity’ concept work?)

Who were the other disciples that were casting out demons in Luke 9:49 and where did they come from?

What was Paul talking about when he spoke of ‘baptism for the dead’ in I Corinthians?

What did you write in the dirt when the Pharisees brought you the woman caught in adultery?

What purpose does a mosquito serve?  I mean, really?

Where do you get your ideas?

That’s it for now.  Keep your eyes open for more ‘potent ponderables’ in the future!
